9. TERMINATION; ACCESS RESTRICTION

Atgram Ltd may terminate this Agreement, and/or terminate or suspend Your access to the Site at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon such termination or suspension, Your right to use the Site will immediately cease. Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.
