Referral Scheme

ATGRAM SYSTEMS REFERRAL SCHEME TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please read these Referral Scheme rules carefully. We will assume that you have read these rules and that you agree to them.

1. To enter the Atgram Systems Referral Scheme you must be:
(a) UK resident; and
(b) 16 years old or over at the time of entry.

2. A referral is qualified when the referred contact procures a graphics website (worth £499.99) or any other product or service of at least similar value.

3. By entering the Referral Scheme, you hereby warrant that all information submitted by you is true, current and complete. Atgram Systems reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants.

4. Atgram Systems reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of the rules.

5. In the event that any entrant is disqualified from the Referral Scheme, Atgram Systems in its sole discretion may decide whether a replacement should be selected. In this event, any further entrant will be selected on the same criteria as the original entrant and will be subject to these rules.

6. There is no purchase requirement to enter the Referral Scheme and there is no charge to register for use of the website.

7. Proof of posting or emailing cannot be accepted as proof of delivery. Atgram Systems cannot accept responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft, destruction, alteration of or unauthorised access to entries, or entries lost, damaged or delayed as a result of server functions, technical issues, virus, bugs or other causes outside Atgram Systems' control.

8. Prize winners will be chosen from all qualifying entries within 28 days of the closing date. In all matters, the decision of the judge(s) and Atgram Systems shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.

9. Prizes are non-transferable. Atgram Systems reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value at any time.

10. Prizes are awarded at Atgram Systems' discretion and no prizes will be awarded as a result of improper actions by or on behalf of any entrant.

11. Atgram Systems will endeavour to send prizes within a month of the competition end date but cannot guarantee this delivery time.

12. Atgram Systems cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant entering the Referral Scheme or as a result of accepting any prize.

13. All taxes, insurances, transfers, spending money and other expenses (including meals or personal expenses upgrades etc.) as the case may be, unless specifically stated, are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.

14. In the event of any dispute regarding the rules, conduct, results and all other matters relating to the Referral Scheme, the decision of Atgram Systems shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.

15. Atgram Systems reserves the right to cancel or amend the Referral Scheme or the rules without notice in the event of any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside Atgram Systems' reasonable control.

16. Winners may be requested to take part in promotional activity and Atgram Systems reserves the right to use the names and addresses of winners, their photographs and audio and/or visual recordings of them in any publicity.

17. Any personal data relating to entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the individual's prior consent. Please see Atgram Systems' privacy policy for further details. Data relating to entrants will be retained by Atgram Systems for a reasonable period after the Competition closes to assist Atgram Systems to operate competitions in a consistent manner and to deal with any queries on the Competition.

18. The Referral Scheme and rules will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England. The Sites are only intended to be accessed from the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland. Atgram Systems makes no representation that materials on the Site relating to this Competition are appropriate or available for use at other locations and access to them from territories where their contents are illegal is strictly prohibited. If you access the Site outside of the United Kingdom or Republic of Ireland, you are responsible for compliance with all local laws.

19. The Referral Scheme is organised by Atgram Systems, a wholly owned subsidiary of Atgram Limited, a Private Limited Company incorporated in England and Wales, Company No. 6216057.
