2. Which package is best for me?

It depends on your usage, as the main differences between the packages are the traffic bandwidth and server space. You can use our comparison table to see the differences and benefits of our packages.

Generally, we would recommend everyone to take the Bronze package as that comes with adequate traffic and space and includes a free domain if paid annually. Businesses and other advanced users may opt to choose our Silver and Gold packages for the bigger benefits. We also have a no-frills basic Economy package for very basic hosting.

3. How long does it take to set up?

Most accounts will be set up instantly but it may take a little time before the domain name is pointing to your hosting account.

4. Can you help me move my website over from another provider?

Yes, we can help with your migration for a small fee. Please contact us for a quote as the cost depends on the complexity of your site.

5. Can I buy hosting without a domain name?

No, all hosting packages need to be associated with a domain name to work. You can register a domain name when you buy your hosting package or transfer your existing domain from your current supplier to us.

6. I already own a domain name. Can I use it with Atgram Systems hosting?

Most likely, depending on whether it was previously registered with a company that has placed restrictions on your domain name.
